Our Terms & Conditions
By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy: We require 7 days notice of cancellation of your bookings. Regretfully we are unable to provide refunds for bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice. At the discretion of Grove House Farm Equestrian Centre, we may agree to move your booking to an alternative date and time, which is within 1 month of the original booking.
Weather and frozen arenas: As an outdoor facility, arena hire is subject to weather and ground conditions. Arenas may become frozen, icy or unsafe, particularly during cold weather.
Where a booking has been made more than 7 days in advance and freezing conditions are forecast that may affect rideability, the booking may be rescheduled. In this case, a credit will be issued and must be used within 1 month of the original booking. No refunds will be given.
Bookings made within 24 hours of the hire time during freezing or potentially freezing conditions are made at the hirer’s own risk. If the arena is frozen, icy or unrideable, the booking will be lost and no refund, credit or rescheduling will be offered.
Responsibility for conditions: The arena may be used at times when Grove House Farm Equestrian Centre or its representatives are not present. Hirers must assess the arena surface, access routes and surrounding areas before use.
If conditions are icy, frozen or unsafe and the hirer chooses to ride, they do so entirely at their own risk.
For safety reasons, Grove House Farm Equestrian Centre reserves the right to refuse or stop arena use if conditions are unsafe.
Refunds: Where Grove House Farm Equestrian Centre agrees to provide a refund, we charge a 5% cancellation fee to cover our payment processing and administration costs. Refunds will therefore be 95% of your order total.
